RoHS Compliance Material

To be RoHS compliance, new alloys must be used to replace the current supply that contains Lead. As well as printed circuit boards, transformers, switches, other electrical and mechanical components must meet RoHS standard. All components from our vendors have submitted laboratory test report about the composition and material used.

RoHS Compliance Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process and production environment also have to meet the RoHS standard. RoHS inventory stocks in different location with different model number. The RoHS production line and materials used must be separated to avoid possibility of mixing or misuse non-RoHS with RoHS compliance components.

Testing and Quality Assurance

The RoHS free components and finished products also have been tested for quality assurance. Performance analysis and stress burn-in test has been conducted to ensure product functionality and durability. Every components and parts from selection, inventory, and assembly have follow RoHS directive. We have proven ISO 9001 quality standard for every Pidex Power products.
